Heavy periods for a month, got intimate.

Hi. i was getting diagnosed with Endometriosis back in nov and was given a treatment of endo free tablet for 2 months, i had my periods from nov 27 to 1 dec and from 3 december to 10 january for the whole month iw as bleeding. My periods have always been very heavy i have to take injections and mybe go to emergency at nights. On january 5 i got intimate while bleeding and the protection broke. I took 72 unwated within 4 hours of this while taking endo free. I stopped taking endo free on 11 jan n was not on any med till feb12. I did not get my periods till now and imon  some hormonal med. I got very bloated previous month , now im very tired, i hve leg pains, backache, headache ( this could be due to not sleepin i havent slept since many days properly) i also have gerd. Cramps have ben there today in lower abdomen i feel weird. I took 4 tests all negative and on feb 10 got an ultrasound to check my Endometriosis but nothing was there. Please help.
