Heavy pain and swelling
Dear Doctor, From last 8-10 hours am having heavy pain in my lower back ( from where spine starts) and also feeling hardness or swelling in muscle. It will be great if you can suggest the primary treatment or kindly guide me that how should i proceed for treatment .

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

If this happened suddenly then u can put ice packs. Avoid massage or gel application coz that wont help. If it doesnt improve in a aday or 2 then u will need some medicines for which u will have to consult someone.
