Heavy menstrual flow
On 18th August 2021, I got operated as I had a benign tumour of 4.5 kg during this  my right ovary was removed. Earlier, even I had a tumour I always had a regular monthly cycle with a good flow. I got my periods after 5 months after my operation on August 18th 2021 (after consuming maprate). And on January 4 2022 my period occurred with proper cycle but this month February 4 I skipped the date. On 17th it started spotting, 18th also spotting from 19th onwards I started bleeding. But my bleeding continued for 12 days. I went to the Dr. Dr. Prescribed to take trenexa. March 2 2022 my cycle ended. Again from 9th of March there was slight spotting and on 14th of March my bleeding got heavier with clots. During nights my flow gets heavier. Today is the 10th day of my period. Guide me.

You need an ultrasound to find out the reason for the irregular bleeding So get your thyroid and prolactin level checked
