Heavy knee pain and knee swelling
Hi, I started workout, after 2 days only knee pain started in my both knees and now it is completed 12 days i am getting heavy knee pain and heavy swelling. I am taking enzomac plus and brufen 400 mg from last many days but nothing is happening. It is very painful. Please suggest what should i do?

It could be due to strenous activity done while workout. As pain is not settling down consult a physiotherapist before it gets worse.

You need advanced diagnosis, Consult a ,manual physiotherapist ,who can diagose the soft tissue, responsible for the pain

You have injured your knees during workout. You need to take rest-ice-compression-elevation for both of your knees for almost 5 days and post that you can start your daily activities.

Hi.. Well the pain is completely due to your sudden heavy workouts.. it could be muscle fatigue.. Take rest for a day or two.. do hot water formantation 15mins each knee.. followed with myolaxin ointmemt..! Ankle movements 5counts each. Consult nearest physio center for strengthening exercises. U should be fine Thank u.
