  4. Heavy breathing. Plz help me to cure!

Heavy breathing
Now a days, I'm heavily breathing. Today i checked my blood pressure and it was 150by90. Whats the reason plz help me. Also i smoke 2-3 cigarette a day. Plzz help me to cure

Having cough and sputum? Immediately after smoking bp will be high, do a chest xray and consult a pulmonologist.
