Heavy bleeding with clots during

Hello, I m 12 weeks pregnant, today morning I had heavy bleeding with heavy clots more than that of periods... I thought I have miscarried and called my doctor, she suggest me to do ultrasound scanning. And in scanning everything is normal... I m really confused what I m going through... Attached report...please suggest me y m i facing this type of bleeding and should I continue this pregnancy...please please
