Please make a mention regarding your marital status, also sonography report is a must in your case, because your history of PCOS makes you a strong candidate for the same.
Next Steps
Just continuing tranexa mf will not solve your problem, revert with your sonography report at the earliest, take care
Health Tips
Don't stop tranexa mf till your sonography is done.

Hello there. From your complaint few things are clear, 1. You have PCOS 2. uncontrollable menses. But
Next Steps
Few details you should share 1. Marriatal status and Obstetric History, if any? 2. Last date of Mentruation 3. If you missed your last date of regular menstrual period then wasn't it a pregnancy? Have you confirmed? 4. Are the period painful ? 5. Have you got any old/recent ultrasound of pelvis as it's lockdown.
Health Tips
its good that you are having Trenexa MF 3 times a day. but if above  4 points were discussed than management would be far better by telemedicine. Get Well soon.
