Causing whole body pain. What can be done to reduce that ? Should I buy Vitamin C tablet for her health? Any other suggestion to improve women health, she is used to do lot of physical work which could be also one of the reason of this problem. Need suggestion to improve this situaltion. Please help

Hello if she is a lactating mother  and not using any contraceptives  there can be pregnancy and abortion  so if bleeding is more you can consult a gynaecologist personally And ultrasound report to exclude pregnancy .

Rest is defntly required. Heavy bleeding needs to be quantified. If she's passing clots and losing too much blood, she needs medication. However ideally that needs to b decided based on examination and if needed ultrasound
