Heavy bleedin in 3rd cycle post abortion
I underwent a medical termination of pregnancy in Dec'22 at 21 weeks of pregnancy. Post that first periods was normal (moderate flow & 6 days) and came 45 days later. 2nd periods returned within 35 days and was longer (8 days) and slightly heavy. 3rd periods returned in 25 days and the flow is super heavy (soaking a period pant within 3 hours as the menstrual cup also over flows) with extreme cramps. What could be the reason and what to do next? I am also exercising and active with a very junk free diet.

At the outset I want to say that  21 weeks MTP  is not a joke. It may be associated with complications. Please get a sonography and Blood CBC  done and consult a Gynecologist on Practo with the reports
