Hi. We need to first assess the cause of heaviness like water retention, gas, constipation, acidity, any lactose or gluten Intolerance, excess fat or some other cause. Once we know the actual reason it will be easier to give effective solutions. For this, first cut down your salt intake and drink plenty of water. Still if you don't see difference then work on cutting down sugar, refined flour, other sources of fast acting simple carbs.. Depending on the results we need to further narrow down the approach.
