Heaviness In Chest - Hi Doctor, My Daughter 10 Years Old Slept

Hi doctor, my daughter 10 years old slept on my chest for a while( playing) . After that I felt like somebody putting pressure on my chest in between breast. I don't have any problem in normal breathing but when I take deep breath I feel that pressure. Apart from that I have slightly throat bone pain and back neck pain. No pain in swallowing food or irritation. Sometimes light headache (have magrain) I don't have any fever, cough, cold and body pain. In addition I am talking steam inhalation. I have acidity. Please suggest what I should do. Do I need to give heat massage. Thank you so much
