Heaviness and pain after cataract

Hi My father underwent cataract surgery 5 days back. He is fealing some sort of heaviness and pain in eye. Is it normal? Our doctor dint advice any precautions except avoiding headbath and using sun glasses in light. Pls advice on symptoms and precautions.

Hello A. These days cataract surgery is done with phacoemulsification technique which does not need much precautions B. Precautions suggested are enough C. This heaviness is very common after surgery.. Don't worry
