Heat Rash under Breast

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am currently on breast feeding of my 6 months old baby. lately i am having itchy red sensation with sweat under my breast(bra line). Been experiencing this problem from past 3 days. Taking bath and keeping it cool helps temporarily, but it agains come back with sweat. Pls help
