Heart Rate
While doing physical activity my heart rate goes up to 148 bpm, does that means i have a heart problem or it is normal. I had climbed stairs with luggage. Please guide me my heart rate goes to 148 bpm. Now resting is 100-110 bpm.Sometime going below 100 also

Yes during activity your heart rate can go upto 180-190 it’s normal. Everything is normal
