You haven't shared your Echo report. Kindly check your oxygen saturation levels. In case it is low, it may also be a cause for increased heart rate. Get a chest X ray done and review with the report.

High resting heart rate has many reasons
1. Anemia
2. Anxiety
3. Hyperthyroidism
4. Some drug related
5. Dehydration
6. Fever / Infection
