When I check my heart rate in my home in bp machine it's shows bp as 120-135 ranges systolic and 70-80 ranges diastolic
Heart rate as 100 ...is 100 heart rate dangerous...how to control it

Hello Sir, Heart rate of 100/min at rest although is at upper limit of normal range, it is not acceptable. The causes of raised heart rate are too many. If you have any symptoms or discomfort like palpitations or shortness of breath or effort intolerance then consult a Cardiologist.
