My Echo results shows this , can you please advice if there is anything to worry . Ekg was normal Interpretation Summary •  Left ventricle is normal in size. Normal left ventricular systolic function. •  Normal left ventricular diastolic function. •  Right ventricle is normal in size with normal systolic function. •  There is mild mitral regurgitation. •  Atrial septal aneurysm present. •  Saline contrast study is positive for right to left intracardiac shunt. Bubbles crossed late--was not clear whether intreratrial or intrapulmonary. •  There is no prior study available for comparison.
