Heart rate increase
Dear doctors, Suddenly since past three days, my heart rate at rest is lower like normal resting HR of 61 but it spikes and goes up while walking or with little activity and sometimes even to 150. I don't have any chest pain but upper left under scapula back pain that hurts to touch. This pain comes and goes. I went to do blood test yesterday but had to wait many hours for it. I drank only 800ml of water since morning and walked a bit. Felt dehydrated a bit. The test results were as follows. The troponin values were negative too. The doctor said that the serum was hemolysed so don't pay attention to electrolyte values, my question is can I take ORS nevertheless? ECG was done and was normal.

Hello The heart rate variation which you have mentioned are all under physiological limits, nothing to worry about it. In the blood test the LDL cholesterol is on the higher side, you can make dietary modification to decrease it. You can take ORS. Even drinking normal water should also be enough to address dehydration in your case.
Next Steps
Oral water intake. Dietary modification to decrease LDL
