Heart rate goes up and down
My heart rate goes above 120 even with walking or standing and sometimes while idle goes below 50 . I don't feel anything when it goes low. Did all the tests and it's normal. Is it fine for the heart rate to go below 50 when idle ! And heart rate above 100 with little exertion?

It's not normal to observe the significant variation in heart rate. you can consult with a cardiologist in your area for clinical examination and perhaps holter monitoring.

Mention your age, its normal Physiological response to increase HR with Exercise, and come to normal with Rest within mintes,,but in your case gap is more 50 to 120. That is not Normal
Next Steps
Consult to Physician or Cordiologist, if indicated go for holter Test
