I am using lodoz 2.5 since 2 months and my BP is 130/80 and my heart rate is around 60 but when I do any small work or just 5 minuts running or cardio my heart beat near 100 and it takes 1/2 hour back to 80 in that time I feels so tense and breathless ness coming wt can I do I have done all cardio tests all are normol and my BP is also fluctuating to 120 to 140 is it ok wt can I do

These heart rate changes are normal during exercise. Nothing to worry. BP fluctuations are also within normal limits. Continue same medicines and continue exercise . Nothing to worry.
