Mukta Vati in such a high dose can slow the heart rate. A pulse of 42 is not safe and should not be ignored. Please stop the medicine immediately and get an ECG done urgently. Usually, the pulse improves once the tablets are stopped, but the time is different for every person. I would suggest you book an online consultation with me, so I can understand your full history, guide you properly, and suggest safe alternatives for blood pressure control.
Next Steps
Stop Mukta Vati and do not restart without medical advice. Get an ECG and blood pressure check urgently.
Health Tips
Do not self-medicate with high doses of herbal medicine Keep a daily record of your pulse and blood pressure.
