Heart Problem. And married too. plz.

Namaste Doc. Friend of mine is having chest pain. I always catch him rubbing in chest many times in a day. Last year he went to to General check up of his wife, n he made some check up of him  n Came up with Sugar level of 450+. Aft some days he went for FBS which was 220. Aft watching his reports doc advised him to get ECG done. Aft analysing his ECG doc forced him get hopitalized for further investigations. Aft all investigations Doc Discharged him Saying that he must undergo CAG ASAP. M attaching the reports. Plz advise what to do next as My friend is not listening us and refusing any Test and not keeping his diabetic and BP medicine regular. Attaching the reports.
