Heart pain/Chest pain

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello, I am 28 F and have complaints of heart pain, palpitations, chest pain inside and pain even when I touch from outside on the left breast/chest. I have gone through several tests: RA, ANA is negative, LFT, urea/creatine is normal, USG shows small free fluid in POD, Chest xray is normal. I've attached the CBC and Echo Doppler reports. Echo says Mild TR and Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. Could you please help me understand these reports and if there is something I should be worried about. I'm really worried, thank you so much in advance.
