Heart attack without chest pain
I am 30 male
Was smoking and drinking(light) for 5 years left all bad habits since last one year.
My cholestrol and trigli are deranged badly but hdl is good.
I sometime feel breathlessness while sleeping I wake up suddenly specially in the morning time and feel like my heart is going to collapse any time I don't have any symptoms like chest pain except breathlessness sometimes.
One day I even fainted for like 1 minute and got consciousness and was fine later.
Is it sign of heart disease
