Heart functioning ‹ 30%
My dad is only 43 yrs old ... He has recenty (45 days ago) gone under angioplasty after hert attack ( and also a stent is placed). But now , the doctor is saying that one of his valve needs to be replaced because it is not functioning proply. His heart is functioning at only 30% . So is it safe to undergo BYPASS surgury now ?? And for how many years will he be able to live after this operation ??
