I have right side heart enlarged. My pulmonary pressure is 60 My bp is normal My heart function 60%since 2003 i am facing the disease now i m feeling difficult to walk

thats a genuine problem, needs to be evaluated seriously. we have to find out the cause and treat accordingly. can be 1 primary pulmonary hypertension 2. RV cardiomyopathy
