Hope you are not too much of pain.
At your conditions related to heart are totally rare unless and untill they are congenital. You don't need to worry about this because if you worry more you will feel more palpitations. You can breath easily because the 2D echo is also normal. When you get anxious your heart starts pumping blood fasts and as per that your respiratory also increases and you feel that it's breathlessness and you feel palpitations. Stop worrying about it and you will feel better.
