Heart problem
Hello Doctor's,
Sometimes I get electric kind of shock near my heart.Sometimes left hand tricep muscle gets pain and sometimes I get pain near my neck. Also I am obese 130kg.
I have done ECG,TMT and 2D echo and all tests are normal.
Is this a gas issue or something else?

This is definitely not heart related. Seems to be musculoskeletal pain

The issue looks like nerve pain. Not cardiac.
