  4. Pinching near heart. Am i feeling that?

Hi Doctor I am having a pinching pain near heart it occurs usually once in a month. It is not pain but like pinch that last for 5 sec , n again pinch after sometime. Why am I feeling that? Also please suggest a test to check heart's health.
