Heart pounding while lying
My heart is pounding and it feels like my whole body is shaking with heart beats.
Currently I'm having a mild stomach infection and kidney stones in both kidney (3.5mm & 3.3mm).
My heart is approx 93bpm.
What should I do ?

No need to do anything for heart rate till your infection is better. If increased heart rate persists get an ECG done.
