Your history needs to be taken in detail to come the cause of your heart palpitation. The medication you have been taking is probably for anxiety. Why you were asked to undergo ECG and 2D echo will be cleared only on one to one consultation. I also need to know if have you have any more symptoms and what food did you have before palpitation.
Next Steps
book a consultation with any general physician. you might be suggested CBC.
Health Tips
avoid caffeine, alcohol or any stimulants.

When you dance your skeletal muscles will be activated so heart has to pump more blood to give energy to your muscles to dance and that's why you have got palpitation and maybe because of inadequate oxygen you might have felt like coughing. No need to worry, it's physiological.
Next Steps
consult for any query
