Heart palpitations
At times all of a sudden my heart beats beat fast and heavy. That I can feel something is wrong. I am worried about it. It feels like heart shivering or the heart beats is not that normal.

Get an ECG done whenever u are having the symptoms. If u take ecg when you don't have symptoms, it will be normal. So particular ecg at the symptom onset is more useful. Take Cardiologist opinion. Do thyroid profile once if you are having any other symptoms.

Holter , event recorders or loop recorders are some of methods to diagnose the cause of palpitations in ur case , if u have symptoms of dizziness, consult cardiologist as early as possible
