Heart pain during breathing
Hi, my wife is having minor pain in heart while breathing for past 3hrs. She is also having cough and cold for past 2 days.. she is pregnant. Please suggest what is the issue and whom I should consult

For pain take some antacid suspension.
For the cold and cough can take some nasal drops and sprays for a few days.
