As the number of heart attacks are increasing day by day. How can one treat his/her unhealthy heart to a healthy and fit heart. Can one stop heart attack symptoms???
Also I read somewhere that aspirin can save an individual to a certain extent during a heart attack.

Healthy eating and regular exercises are the key to prevent heart attacks.
One has to screen and treat the risk factors for heart attacks like Diabetes, Hypertension, cholesterol etc.
Aspirin is not recommended for preventing heart attacks. It's only for treatment of a patient post heart attack.
