I have already given the opinion on this case scenario. You require a review if there is a break through tachycardia. If it’s disabling you, a repeat procedure is in order. A detailed EP data may help in understanding the reasons of such a situation. Nevertheless it’s generally annoying and sometimes disabling. You require an electrophysiology specialist consultation to make it shorter and more efficiently managed.
Next Steps
EP consultation
Health Tips
During episodes, Straining as if you are on the toilet seat ( apologies if it’s offensive) or trying to induce vomiting may help

It is not dangerous. SVT are rarely recurring after ablation but it all depends on type of svt..please continue medication or reassess by electrophysiologist

This problem usually is not dangerous but I will need more details to confirm. Are you taking any medication. If it is frequently troubling you there are medication which you can take which will reduce the frequency. Try to recognise the precipitating factors and avoid them.
