Heart burns abdominal distention
Acidity heart burns since 20yrs.increased since few months. Abdominal distention after food intake. Pain in epigastric region. Acid regurgitation after one hour of food intake

Chronic gastritis. Take tab esmoprazole 20mg three times a day 1/2 hr before food. Avoid taking spicy foods and fast fried food for a while. Have healthy foods. Do regular excersie. If still gastric pain persist u have to do through gi evaluation including endoscopy.
