Dear madam Please do not worry, it is a easly manageble issue. kindly avoid too much stress. Have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at time, have a good sleep, have your meal 1:30 to 2:00 hours before bed time. Take lot of fruits, vegitables to your diet and switch over to bland diet . Avoid spicy food, oily or oil fried foods, sweets and salty . I suggest you to avoid taking pan 40 during the first trimester. Consult your nearest obstetrician.

Hello mam According to me the issue heart burn in your case is because of taking too much stress which causes too much acid production which might be a cause. Also the issue of constipation maybe because of less intake of liquids. Usually people should take at least 3 to 4 l of water in 24 hours. This 3 to 4 l contain all the liquids not just water.
Next Steps
you need to consult a surgeon for management of these issues
