I am diagnosed with gerd,my stomach usually burns even after taking antacids I don't no why I am having such kind of problem I am neither in stress nor I am eating unhealthy foods, taking proper sleep but don't no why I am facing such kind of problem from last one year plz help

Few things causes GERD one of the commonest is due to diet. Also if you are overweight that can also be a cause. As you said it is there since one year you might have also got endoscopy done. If i could see report, would give direction to move in for treatment.
You will need PPI as antacids aren't helping you enough.
In broad sense gerd to me is a symptom not a disease which needs proper evaluation.

Avoid acidic, spicy, greasy food. chocolate, mint can also cause gerd.
