Heart burn and back shoulder pain
I am having mild heartburn these days I had taken pan-d couple of weeks back and it was ok but from couple days am sorting feeling the burn sensation back and also have shoulder back pain not sure is it because sleeping posture or both related, pls guide me

Doesn’t seem like heart related. Get ECG Echo TMT done
