  4. Pain in shoulder, arm and back. Be?

Pain in shoulder,arm and back
My mother was operated(CABG) on aug 2022.....She feels a sharp pain 2 times from last month in her arms radiate to shoulder and back which last atleast for 20 minutes and gets better with rest...... what it could be??
