  4. Heart block. Then what is the next step!

I have two blocks in my heart.i am a type2 diabatic since 4 years and i am taking insulin morning 15 unit and evening 10 unit. My doctor told me that my heart having50% of block. Angioplasti not sugested. Then what is the next step
