Incomplete right bundle branch block

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I'm 22,male.I had panic attack on 9-06-2017 lasted for 3 days . Later on for every small work my heart beat is rising high. I had done my ecg it stated sinus rhythm , incomplete right bundle branch block. What should I do now ?
