Heart beats heavy but pulse rate is norm
My heart beats i can hear and also feel the it soo hars that my whole body can feel the sensation
When i check my heart rate and pulse rate its 60-75
Not more than that
Can any Cardiology please advice if I need any testing
My echo and tmt are normal
My holter report has highest heart beat at sleep 157(it was when i was sleeping but after few hours it came down when i am sleeping to 47 beats per min while i was sleeping .
I am worried
