This morning I took foracort the inhaler formoterol 6mcg budesonide 100 mcg 4 Dosages as mentioned on it with spacer and it increased my heart beat for 2 hours Around? What should I do?

But why 4 doses? It is always 2 puffs. Formoterol dose increases to cause tachycardia. Budesonide dose in less if 100 mcg.

4 doses is too much and that is the reason for your symptoms. Consult for correct dosing. Always take medication as prescribed by the doctor and not as written on the package
