Heartbeat increases when taking inhaler
Hey there I have recently diagnosed with asthma and my Eos% is 15.8 and doctor gave me some medicines also an inhaler with spacer but issue is when I take inhaler my heartbeat increases from normal and stays on that increasing rate for more than 2 hours .. What should I do Please help Name of inhaler is :- formoterol fumarate & budesonidr inhalation (6mcg & 200 mcg)  Doctor suggested to take 2 dose in morning and 2 dose in night. I take inhaler 2× in morning also 2× in night I keep 1 minute gap after taking the first push of inhaler and then take the second push and also I hold breath for 5-10 seconds after taking the first push of inhaler then Breath out .. Pl help me as what should I do to stop this increasing heartbeat , is it anything else

Formoterol is a beta 2 agonist, known to increase heart rate. You may take one puff twice or else take only budesonide. Available as budecort 2 puffs twice

you can decrease the dose of inhaler nd take 1 puff od

May be due to Formeterol.you can have alternate. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
