It is called as sudden cardiac death. It gas many causes. Gym is not the culprit here. Don't get feared because of this breaking news in media and fear mongering by the media.

Sudden cardiac death ( SCD)has so many reasons. It ranges from structural heart defects to Channelopathies to Coronary Artery disease ( Heart attacks).
