Hello..
Well the first aid in case of heart attack would be aspirin and sublingual ntg...We need to give 375 mg of aspirin and the available dose of sublingual tablet...The other best thing you can do is to make sure that he's breathing well and less panic and take him to hospital as soon as possible ...Thank you
