Silent actually means that it is silent. This heart attack usually remains in diagnosed and is only found out when routinely investigated for some other illness or patient develops symptoms at a later date. This type of presentation is common in diabetic patients and no signs or symptoms occur during the heart attack is the feature of silent MI or heart attack.
