Heart and echo
My heart feels weak n tired.. I feel sleepy most day and no energy.. pulse sometimes cant feel
Every heart beat feels faint and tired as if heart struggling to beat.. pulse rate measured is in 60's and 70's
I had echo last December which showed trace mr and ar and ejection fraction of 60%
I have been insisting cardio to repeat it but he keeps dismissing my concern saying that heart structure doesnt change in 6 months!!

Your problem os not heart related. Sounds like anxiety depression

Hi. As echocardiogram is ok please check basic investigation like haemoglobin, renal function test and thyroid profile to assess your symptoms. If needed go for a consultation to discuss your issues
