Sudden sensory neural hearing loss secondary to viral infection should be treated as emergency. Antibiotics, multivitamins heave very little value and ginko biloba has no short term benefits. First line of treatment is oral steroids immediately after diagnosis. Since its already a month you may need intra tympanic dexamethasone every week and hope for the best. If not treated adequately recovery may not be complete.. Kindly take second opinion with all your reports
